One moment…
LoadingCase study · Ensenada
A reformer pilates studio in Baja California, and the first booking system I built end to end. What follows is the work and what its owner said about it — nothing about her business that she did not say herself.
“I was very happy with the work. The booking page completely exceeded my expectations!!! From the beginning, he perfectly understood the style and essence of my studio, and managed to reflect it in a functional, clear platform highly aligned with my brand. It has made organizing and controlling classes so much easier, besides making everything more agile for both me and my students. I highly recommend him for his professionalism, attention to detail, and the quality of his work.”
What was built
01
The brief that mattered most was not functional. A reformer studio sells an atmosphere, and a booking page that feels like generic software undoes the room. The build started from her brand and worked back to the schedule.
02
Creating, filling and adjusting classes in one place — the part she describes as having made organizing and controlling classes much easier.
03
Students book and manage their own places, which is what she means by the whole thing being more agile for her and for them.
What this page does not claim
I do not have booking figures, a no-show reduction, or a revenue lift for this project, so there are none on this page. What exists is the work and what its owner said about it, published where you can check it.
Every studio I build for from here is instrumented from day one, so the next case study will have numbers in it. This one is honest about being first.
